HeldNews.com -VIRGINIA - Philanthropist, billionaire, and founder of Microsoft, Bill Gates is more popular than the Dalai Lama, Pope Benedict XVI, Jimmy Carter, Glenn Beck and the Reverend Bill Graham, according to a poll conducted by USA Today / Gallup for this year.
Barrack Obama occupy the first position from the list of Most Admired Men for the third year in a row. Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton ranked first in the list of Most Admired Women for the ninth time in a row. Similarly, as quoted from TheHuffington Post, Thursday (30/12/2010).
Although ranked Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton and Nelson Mandela was on Gates this year, but the status of the world's most important figures of this technology has been rising over the last few years.
Pope Benedict XVI, the Reverend Bill Graham, and Colin Powell, all ranked in the top Gates on list of Most Admired Men of 2008, with only 1 percent of respondents who chose Bill Gates.
In 2005, the same year Gates was chosen as one person who entered the list of Person of the Year by TIME magazine, 3 percent of respondents chose Gates as the man they most admire.
